No refunds after download
Digital files cannot be returned, so all sales are final once you have started downloading your files. Before you buy, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts.

Before you download
If you have not started downloading your files yet, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your order date and receive a full refund. Email us with your order number.

Problems with your files
If your file will not open, is damaged, or you received the wrong edition, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send you a working file or the correct edition. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your purchase in full.

Duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the extra payment.
