isendi Document Hub — Private Document Q&A App

Ask questions about your contracts, PDFs and financial statements, without uploading them anywhere. isendi Document Hub is an app that runs entirely on your computer. You drop in your documents, ask in plain words, and get the exact figure, date or clause back with the page it came from.

What it does

• Exact answers with citations. Ask "What is the notice period?" or "How much is the monthly fee?" and see the value, the sentence it came from and a link that opens the document at that page.
• Clause check for contracts. Checks 13 standard clauses, including termination, limitation of liability, governing law and data protection, and flags the ones that are missing.
• Line items for financial statements. Pulls table rows with both periods and the change in percent.
• Every amount, date and organisation in a document, one tap from the source.
• Sensitive-data masking. IBANs, card numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and tax IDs are detected and hidden on screen by default.
• Reads PDF, Word, TXT, Markdown, CSV and HTML, including password-protected PDFs.
• AI answers on your device (beta). In Chrome or Edge on a computer with a graphics card, an optional small language model writes a short answer from your documents after a one-time model download.

Private by design

The app has no upload code and works without an internet connection. Your documents are read and indexed in your browser. A built-in network panel lists every request the page makes, so you can check for yourself. Your library is cleared when you close the tab unless you choose to keep it on your device.
