isendi Data Transformer – Clean & Convert Messy Data (Offline App + Guide)

Move your data from one tool to another without fixing it by hand. isendi Data Transformer is an app that cleans up messy exports and converts them into exactly the format your new tool expects. It runs in your web browser, works offline, and your data stays on your computer.

How it works

1. Paste your data. Spreadsheet cells, CSV, JSON or records copied out of your old CRM, shop or database. The app recognises the format and what each column contains.
2. Say what it needs, in plain English. For example: “Split Contact into first and last name, remove duplicate emails and treat Inactive as churned.” The app turns your instruction into a field mapping you can see and adjust.
3. Check and export. Every value is checked against its field type, and anything that needs a look is flagged with the reason. Then copy or download your data as CSV, JSON, SQL or a spreadsheet paste.

What it fixes for you

• Names: “SMITH, John” becomes John and Smith, without titles like Dr. or suffixes like Jr.
• Phone numbers: (555) 201-3344 becomes +15552013344, with each row's country code
• Dates: 03/14/2019, 15.08.2022 and 7 Jan 2021 become one format of your choice
• Amounts: €3.100,00 and $1,204.50 become clean numbers
• Emails, countries, yes/no values, web addresses and status values, standardised
• Duplicates, empty rows and invalid values, removed or flagged

Built-in rules, plus Claude if you want it

The built-in rules work offline and understand short, direct instructions like the ones above. For any request you can describe, you can connect Claude with your own Anthropic API key. Those requests are billed by Anthropic to your own Anthropic account. Only your column names and a few example values are sent, never the whole file.
