How do I get my files?
Right after payment you see your download link, and it is emailed to you as well. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us.
Can I use the products on my phone or tablet?
PDFs, planners and workbooks work on any device and in apps like GoodNotes or Notability, and you can print them. Software and offline apps are built for a computer. Each product page says what you need.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep your files.
Which licence do I need?
Personal products are for one person. Business tools state their licence on the product page, for example one company, a team or an agency. Where a product has several licences or language editions, you can switch between them on the product page.
Are there German editions?
Yes. Many products have a German edition. Use the language switch on the product page, or see all German editions.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files can't be returned. Before checkout you agree that delivery starts straight away and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts. If you haven't started downloading yet, you can withdraw within 14 days. If a file won't open, is damaged or is the wrong edition, write to us and we'll send a working file or refund you. Details are in our refund policy.
Is my data safe?
Most Isendi apps run offline in your browser and don't send your data anywhere. Each product page explains how the product handles data.
Are the health workbooks medical advice?
No. Our health and wellbeing workbooks are self-help companions for personal organisation. They don't replace advice from your doctor.

Haben Sie noch nicht heruntergeladen, können Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen widerrufen. Fehlerhafte Dateien ersetzen oder erstatten wir.
